How refills work
After your YouTube order completes, a Refill button appears next to it in your dashboard. If the count has dropped during the guarantee window, click it and the missing shares are re-sent for free.
Refills can be requested once every 24 hours. Don't place a new order on the same link while a refill is running.

Before you order
- Use the full video link (youtube.com/watch?v=…) or the Shorts link, not a channel link, for views and likes.
- Subscriber orders need the channel URL. Make sure subscriptions are not set to private.
- Watch-time packages need a video long enough to fit the hours — usually 60 minutes or more.
- Don't run multiple view services on the same video at the same time; let one finish first.
